On 10.10.24 World Mental Health day celebration at Samarpan institute of nursing and paramedical sciences.
The theme for World Mental Health Day 2024 is 'Mental Health at Work'. World Mental Health Day was first celebrated in 1992 as an initiative by the World Federation for Mental Health (WFMH). Mental health is a basic human right and is important for personal, community, and socio-economic development.
Samarpan Institute of Nursing and Paramedical Sciences, Lucknow, students conducted an awareness programme on World Mental Health Day with the theme "It is time to priorities mental health in workplace”. In this occasion , SINPS organized 2 webinar. The session taken by Mr. E. Bhaskara Raj D & Dr Devi CG , basically discussed related to strategies to maintain mental health at work place....followed by a skit and mime presented by students put a light on daily life schedule at workplace which influence our mental health and how to deal with that situation and maintain the personal and professional life in balance.
